Paradise Center, the largest shopping mall in the country, has a gross leasable area of 80,000 square meters. The underground parking spans two levels with two entrances, ensuring easy access by car, on foot, via the subway, and by public transport. The "Vitosha" subway station has a direct entrance on Level -1 of the mall. This is the largest project of its kind in Bulgaria and one of the most unique in Europe.
The mall features four distinct interior areas. The Boulevard, The Canyon, and The Terrace showcase high-end and mid-range brands, while the fourth area, at the heart of the project, is a beautifully designed garden. The central atrium includes two waterfalls, a lake, and a bridge, creating a serene atmosphere.
The entertainment zone spans nearly 4,000 square meters. The cinema center features 14 screens, including a 5D cinema and Bulgaria’s first 4DX cinema hall with 100 seats. The world’s largest climbing wall manufacturer has installed a bouldering area for both children and adults. The upper floor houses the largest bowling alley in the capital, along with billiards, arcade games, a sports café, and a children's center, offering a variety of attractions.
Visitors can also enjoy restaurants with terraces, club music, cafés, and pastry shops serving international cuisine. The fitness center includes an Olympic-size pool, multiple gyms, squash courts, a spa and relaxation area, spinning, and yoga. Located on the top floor, the Sofia Event Center provides a premier venue for events in the capital, featuring a hall with a 2,000-person capacity and an outdoor terrace.
