Project Description
The project consists of a single building divided into two sections—A and B—separated by a dilatation gap. Each section has its own entrance, while both share a common basement.
Specialized hospital for Active Treatment in Oncology, Sofia - Gynecology with a Center for Reproductive Medicine and a Specialized Pharmacy (Building A)
Building A is designed with a strong focus on functionality. It consists of five floors, each housing different functional units. These units are connected via two staircases, one hospital elevator, and two visitor elevators. The medical center includes 55 hospital beds.
Hotel for Visiting Doctors and Attendants (Building B)
Building B is a hotel with three floors and an underground level. The ground floor features a dining room with 48 seats, a main lobby with a reception area, restrooms, and other facilities. A separate staff restaurant is accessible from the south facade of the building. Deliveries for the café are made through a designated entrance on the west side.
The basement houses part of the kitchen that serves the restaurant on the ground floor. Additionally, an entrance for kitchen deliveries is located in the underground parking area. The second and third floors contain rooms for visiting doctors and attendants, each with a private bathroom. The hotel section includes 14 double rooms.
