Bus Station – Varna City
Project Description
The investment proposal is for the city of Varna. The bus station is designed with 10 arrival and 10 departure platforms, along with a designated area for bus servicing. The station is easily accessible by pedestrians, private vehicles (with a 24-spot parking lot), and public transport.
The largest section of the facility is dedicated to public areas and lobbies, covering 952 sq.m. The administrative offices occupy 502 sq.m., while 203 sq.m. are allocated for retail spaces, including shops and cafés. Additionally, 120 sq.m. are designated for service rooms.
