Our History
Founded in 2007 as ERTE Consult Engineering Ltd, our company quickly gained recognition for its high-quality design and consulting services. Over the years, we expanded into multiple sectors within the construction industry, forming ARTE Holding BG, which now unites 13 specialized companies. Headquartered in Plovdiv, our company is led by Engineer Ruska Ivanova Miteva, whose expertise spans design, construction supervision, energy efficiency, European program consulting, and auditing. This integrated approach allows us to oversee the entire construction process—from concept to completion—with precision and efficiency.
With a strong commitment to excellence, we have successfully executed major public and private projects, including the supervision of the Belene Nuclear Power Plant, wastewater treatment facilities, and the renovation of Boyana Residence. Our reputation for quality, reliability, and adherence to deadlines has earned us recognition from public institutions, including the Ministry of Interior and Sofia Municipality.
